笑わないと撮れないカメラ「WARAE」（iOS / Android）のサポートページです。
お問い合わせ
アプリの設定画面（⚙）›「お問い合わせ」からも送れます（端末と OS のバージョンが自動で入ります）。
個人で開発しているため、返信まで数日いただくことがあります。不具合のときは、機種名・OS のバージョン・どの操作で起きたかを添えてください。
よくある質問
シャッターが押せません
写っている人の笑顔率が「ハードル」を超えるまで、シャッターはロックされます。カメラ画面のハードルを下げると撮りやすくなります。友撮りモードでは、写っている全員が笑うまで撮れません。
カメラが真っ暗／起動しません
カメラへのアクセスが許可されていない可能性があります。iPhone の「設定」›「WARAE」›「カメラ」をオンにしてください（Android は「設定」›「アプリ」›「WARAE」›「権限」）。動画の音声には「マイク」の許可が必要です。
写真が保存されません
「設定」›「WARAE」›「写真」で「写真を追加のみ」または「フルアクセス」を選んでください。
PRO を買ったのに反映されません／機種変更しました
PRO 画面（カメラ画面上の「👑 PRO」）または設定画面（⚙）の「購入を復元」をタップしてください。購入したときと同じ Apple ID（Android は Google アカウント）でサインインしている必要があります。
返金したい
App 内課金の代金は Apple が管理しているため、開発者からは返金できません。iOS は reportaproblem.apple.com から、Android は Google Play の購入履歴から申請してください。
広告を消したい／広告のプライバシー設定を変えたい
PRO（買い切り）を購入すると広告は表示されなくなります。広告を見て 24 時間 PRO をおためしすることもできます。トラッキングの許可は iPhone の「設定」›「プライバシーとセキュリティ」›「トラッキング」から、EEA・英国などの広告の同意はアプリの「広告のプライバシー設定」から変更できます。
写真や顔のデータはどこかに送られますか？
送られません。笑顔の判定はすべて端末内で行い、写真・動画・顔のデータを開発者や第三者に送ることはありません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

WARAE is made by one developer, so a reply may take a few days. For bugs, please include your device model, OS version and what you did when it happened.
FAQ
The shutter won't fire
The shutter stays locked until the smile score of the people in frame clears the "Bar". Lower the Bar on the camera screen to make it easier. In Friends mode, everyone in frame has to smile.
The camera is black or won't start
Camera access may be turned off. On iPhone go to Settings › WARAE and turn on Camera (on Android: Settings › Apps › WARAE › Permissions). Video sound needs Microphone access too.
Photos aren't saved
In Settings › WARAE › Photos, choose "Add Photos Only" or "Full Access".
I bought PRO but don't have it / I got a new phone
Tap "Restore purchase" on the PRO screen (the "👑 PRO" button on the camera screen) or in Settings (⚙). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID (or Google account on Android) you bought it with.
I want a refund
Apple handles payment for in-app purchases, so the developer can't issue refunds. On iOS, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, from your Google Play order history.
How do I remove ads or change ad privacy settings?
Buying PRO (one-time) removes all ads, or you can watch an ad to try PRO free for 24 hours. Change tracking permission in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking; in the EEA, the UK and similar regions, change ad consent from "Ad privacy settings" in the app.
Are my photos or face data sent anywhere?
No. Smile detection runs entirely on your device, and photos, videos and face data are never sent to the developer or anyone else. See the Privacy Policy.
