1. 収集する情報
開発者は、利用者の録音内容、文字起こしテキスト、利用状況を一切取得しません。開発者が運営するサーバーは存在せず、独自の解析ツールやクラッシュレポート送信機能も組み込んでいません。
ただし本アプリは広告を表示するため、Google AdMob（Google LLC）が広告配信のためのデータを収集します。詳細は「7. 広告について」をご覧ください。
2. 録音データの取り扱い
- 録音した音声、波形データ、しおり、文字起こしテキスト、タイトルは、すべて端末内のアプリ領域（IndexedDB）にのみ保存されます。
- 開発者のサーバーやクラウドストレージへ送信されることはありません。広告配信事業者へ渡されることもありません。
- Android では自動バックアップ対象から除外しているため、Google ドライブへも複製されません。
- アプリを削除すると、保存されている録音データもすべて削除されます。事前に必要なファイルを書き出してください。
3. マイクの利用
音声を録音するためにマイクへのアクセス許可を求めます。マイクは利用者が録音を開始したときのみ使用され、バックグラウンドで無断に録音することはありません。
4. 音声認識（文字起こし）
「リアルタイム文字起こし」を有効にすると、録音中の音声が端末のOSが提供する音声認識機能（iOS: Speech framework / Android: 音声認識サービス）に渡されます。
この処理はOS側で行われ、OSの実装や設定によっては認識のために音声がAppleまたはGoogleのサーバーへ送信される場合があります。詳細は各社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。開発者はこの音声データを受け取りません。
文字起こしが不要な場合は、設定画面から「リアルタイム文字起こし」をオフにしてください。
5. 共有機能
利用者が共有ボタンを操作したときに限り、OSの共有シートを通じて録音ファイルやテキストが選択したアプリ（LINE、メール、ファイルなど）へ渡されます。共有先のアプリにおけるデータの取り扱いは、各アプリのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
6. アプリ内課金
広告を非表示にする買い切り課金（¥500）を提供しています。決済は Apple App Store または Google Play により処理され、開発者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得しません。購入状態の判定は各ストアのレシートに基づいて行われます。
7. 広告について
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を画面上部のバナーとして表示します。広告の配信、不正な広告表示の防止、および効果測定のために、Google は次のような情報を収集・利用する場合があります。
- 広告識別子（Android の広告ID、iOS の IDFA）
- IPアドレスおよびそこから推定されるおおよその地域
- 端末の種類、OSバージョン、言語などの端末情報
- 広告の表示回数やタップなどの広告接触情報
これらは Google が収集するものであり、開発者が個々の利用者のデータを受け取ることはありません。開発者が参照できるのは、AdMob の集計レポート（表示回数や推定収益などの統計値）のみです。
同意と選択肢
- EEA・英国の利用者には、初回起動時に Google の同意フォームを表示します。同意いただけない場合は非パーソナライズ広告のみを配信します。同意内容は、設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。
- iOS の利用者には、トラッキングの許可を求めるダイアログ（App Tracking Transparency）を表示します。許可しなくてもアプリの全機能をそのままご利用いただけます。
- ¥500 の買い切り課金を購入すると広告表示は停止し、以後 AdMob への広告リクエストは行いません。

8. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。また、13歳未満の子どもを対象としたアプリとして設計されていません。

1. Information we collect
The developer never receives your recordings, transcripts, or usage data. There is no developer-operated server, no first-party analytics, and no crash reporting in this app.
The app does, however, display advertising, and Google AdMob (Google LLC) collects data in order to serve it. See "7. Advertising" below.
2. Your recordings
Audio, waveform data, bookmarks, transcripts, and titles are stored only in the app's own storage on your device (IndexedDB). Nothing is uploaded to the developer's servers or any cloud service, and nothing is passed to the advertising provider. On Android the app is excluded from automatic backup, so recordings are not copied to Google Drive either. Deleting the app deletes the recordings with it — export anything you want to keep first.
3. Microphone
The app requests microphone access in order to record audio. The microphone is used only while you have started a recording; the app does not record in the background without your knowledge.
4. Speech recognition (transcription)
When "Live transcription" is enabled, audio is passed to the speech recognizer provided by your device's operating system (Speech framework on iOS, the speech recognition service on Android). That processing happens outside this app, and depending on the OS implementation and settings, audio may be sent to Apple's or Google's servers for recognition — see their privacy policies for details. The developer does not receive this audio. Turn "Live transcription" off in Settings if you prefer not to use it.
5. Sharing
Recordings and text leave the app only when you actively use a share button, at which point the OS share sheet passes the file to the app you choose (LINE, mail, Files, and so on). Data handling in the receiving app is governed by that app's own privacy policy.
6. In-app purchase
The app offers a one-time ¥500 purchase that removes advertising. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; the developer never receives your payment details. Entitlement is determined from the store receipt.
7. Advertising
The app displays a Google AdMob banner at the top of the screen. To serve ads, prevent fraud, and measure performance, Google may collect and use information such as:
- Advertising identifiers (the Android advertising ID, the iOS IDFA)
- Your IP address and the approximate region inferred from it
- Device information such as model, OS version, and language
- Ad interaction data such as impressions and taps
This data is collected by Google. The developer does not receive data about individual users — only AdMob's aggregate reports, such as impression counts and estimated revenue.
Consent and your choices
- Users in the EEA and the UK are shown Google's consent form on first launch. If you do not consent, only non-personalized ads are served. You can change your choice at any time via "Ad privacy settings" in the app's Settings screen.
- Users on iOS are shown the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Declining it does not restrict any feature of the app.
- Buying the ¥500 one-time purchase stops advertising entirely; no further ad requests are made to AdMob.

8. Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and it is not designed or directed toward children under 13.

If this policy changes, this page and the "Last updated" date will be updated.
